The Social Media Manager will own social media content and growth across relevant platforms, creating engaging content, managing community engagement, researching competitors and market trends, and using analytics to continuously improve performance.
This role requires 3+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content marketing, with DTC experience strongly preferred. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for connecting social media activity to measurable business outcomes, including website traffic, reservations, and revenue, rather than focusing solely on follower growth.

Content Creation & Social Media Management
Create engaging social media content, including short-form videos and Reels.
Develop content ideas based on the brand, audience, trends, and business goals.
Manage the content calendar and ensure content is published consistently.

Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual presence.
Growth & Revenue Generation
Develop strategies to grow followers, reach, and engagement.

Market & Competitive Research

Qualifications
Experience
3+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content marketing.
DTC experience is strongly preferred.
Food & beverage, restaurant, hospitality, or consumer brand experience is a plus.
Proven experience growing social media accounts and engagement.
Skills
Strong understanding of social media platforms and content best practices.
Hands-on experience creating short-form video and Reels.
