Who this fits

This mid-level role suits a seller comfortable switching between fast, short-cycle conversions and consultative Enterprise deals. You’ll work onsite in Vancouver, Canada.

From the employer

We're looking for a driven Account Executive with strong commercial instincts, a passion for closing deals, and a solid understanding of digital marketing and the creator economy. Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds meaningful customer relationships, and knows how to recognize opportunities others might overlook. If you're motivated by results and enjoy taking ownership of your success, we want to meet you.

You'll manage a steady flow of product-qualified leads (PQLs), conduct product demos, convert prospects into paying subscribers, and independently manage larger Enterprise opportunities through more strategic, consultative sales conversations.

This is more than an opportunity to hit your numbers. You'll have the freedom to shape your approach, uncover untapped revenue potential, and make a meaningful impact as the sales organization evolves. With uncapped earning potential and opportunities for career advancement, your success can open doors to even bigger challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a high-volume queue of inbound leads and PQLs, conducting outreach through email, phone, LinkedIn, and in-app messaging.
  • Run short discovery calls and product demos, converting qualified prospects into Pro and Premium subscribers, often within one or two conversations.
  • Own the full Enterprise sales cycle, from discovery and product demonstrations through proposals, negotiation, and closing.
  • Convert Enterprise marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) and proactively source new outbound opportunities.
  • Engage multiple stakeholders across marketing, brand, e-commerce, procurement, and finance to build compelling business cases.
  • Identify self-serve customers with Enterprise potential and develop opportunities to move them into larger subscription plans.
  • Ensure a smooth handoff of closed accounts to the Influencer Marketing Strategist, with clear customer objectives and onboarding expectations.
  • Test sales messaging, offers, and outreach strategies to improve conversion rates and overall sales performance.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, follow-ups, and revenue forecasts using HubSpot.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive subscription growth and continuously improve the sales process.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of B2B SaaS or marketplace sales closing experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
  • Background in agencies, influencer marketing, or digital advertising, including experience selling advertising solutions, working with marketing agencies, or managing paid social campaigns.
  • Experience managing both high-volume, short-cycle sales and larger opportunities involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to convert qualified leads into paying customers through effective discovery, product demos, objection handling, and closing.
  • Strong commercial instincts, with the ability to recognize Enterprise opportunities within a self-serve customer base.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills, with the ability to sell value rather than rely on discounts.
  • Ability to balance a fast-moving sales pipeline with longer, more complex Enterprise sales cycles.
  • Experience using CRM systems to manage opportunities, track sales activity, and maintain accurate forecasts.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-moving startup environment without a fully established sales playbook.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling within a product-led growth (PLG) or self-serve SaaS business.
  • Experience selling to marketing teams, e-commerce brands, advertising agencies, or businesses investing in influencer campaigns.
  • Background in creator marketplaces, influencer marketing platforms, MarTech, or AdTech.
  • Experience working in startups or early-stage sales teams where processes and growth opportunities are still being developed.

Benefits

  • Base salary: $55,000–$75,000 CAD
  • On-target earnings (OTE): $95,000–$115,000 CAD
  • Uncapped commission with accelerators
  • Location: Vancouver, BC – Hybrid
  • PTO: 3 weeks of vacation
