About the Role
We're hiring on behalf of a global business in the assurance and compliance space. You'll take ownership of paid media for its major brands, running campaigns hands-on and serving as the senior go-to for the Campaign Manager looking after the wider product range.
This isn't a back-seat strategy role. You'll be in the platforms, in the data, and in the room with strategists, campaign managers and creatives.
What You'll Do
Lead paid media strategy and execution for major brands across Meta, Google and Bing, with LinkedIn in the mix
Work hands-on in the platforms, building and optimising campaigns yourself
Be the senior point of support for the Campaign Manager covering the rest of the portfolio
Guide and mentor agency partners so they deliver against goals and standards
Partner with strategists and creatives to build campaigns that perform and help drive world-class creative
Own reporting and optimisation, with leadership-ready results you're proud to put your name to
What You'll Bring
5+ years of hands-on campaign management experience
Strong, hands-on Meta Ads and Google Ads experience (essential)
Working knowledge of Google Tag Manager and GA4
Experience managing and guiding agency partners
Confidence working across a team of strategists, campaign managers and creatives
High attention to detail, with pride in your reports and results
Tenacity: if you're blocked or can't get access, you chase it down
A hunger to learn: you're good at PPC and want to become great at digital strategy
