Location: Flexible within Europe (within Dormer Pramet hiring locations, in the countries where we operate. Role is expected to work significant portion of hours within European working hours)
Reporting to: Communications & Brand Manager
Working closely with Marketing, Communications, Digital, and Product experts around the world, you will help shape how our audiences experience and interact with the Dormer Pramet brand.
What you'll do
- Lead global editorial planning and content development aligned with business priorities and audience needs.
- Create, edit, and publish high-quality content across websites, social media, email, and internal communication channels.
- Identify and develop stories in partnership with subject matter experts and stakeholders across the business.
- Ensure content is engaging, discoverable, and optimized using SEO and emerging AI search best practices.
- Coordinate content review, localization, approval, and publication across multiple regions and markets.
- Monitor content performance and recommend improvements to increase engagement and effectiveness.
- Improve content processes, workflows, governance, and channel utilization.
- Manage external agencies, freelancers, and content suppliers where appropriate.
- Act as a trusted advisor on content best practices across communications and brand activities.
What You'll Bring
- Native-level English writing and editing capability (mandatory).
- A strong track record of creating impactful content across multiple channels.
- Excellent storytelling skills and the ability to make complex topics easy to understand.
- Experience working with stakeholders across functions and geographies.
- Knowledge of SEO, content performance, and digital content best practices.
- Confidence working in a global, fast-paced environment.
- Experience in B2B, industrial, engineering, manufacturing, or technology sectors is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI-powered content tools is an advantage.
