From the employer

About Runlayer

AI is transforming how every company operates, but most enterprises are stuck. They want to move fast with AI Agents, tools, and workflows, but they can't do it safely. We're fixing that.

Our team built AI Actions for OpenAI, shipped Zapier Agents to millions of users, and launched the first remote MCP server with Anthropic. We helped establish the protocol, and now we're building the platform enterprises need to actually put AI to work.

Runlayer is one platform for MCPs, Skills, and Agents: purpose-built security, fine-grained governance, and complete observability so organizations can go all-in on AI across the entire company without the risk. We just raised a $30M Series A led by Felicis, with participation from Khosla Ventures, bringing our total raised to $42M. Already trusted by Gusto, Instacart, Opendoor, dbt Labs, and Decagon.

Runlayer is hiring a Marketing Operations Manager to scale lifecycle, campaign creation, attribution, and reporting for a fast growing marketing and revenue organization. You will own reporting and analytics across our marketing systems, lead campaign operations for the demand generation team, and assist in the ownership of our marketing tech stack.

This role is a true 0 to 1 build. You are not inheriting a lot of infrastructure that is already built out. This role is for someone that enjoys setting up systems and working closely with stakeholders.

You also understand and are interested in how AI is changing the Ops game and you’re already proficient in using AI to speed up your daily workflow.

What You'll Do

  • Own the administration of our CRM (Hubspot) and integration of other tools into it: Default, Lemlist, LinkedIn Sales Nav, Fireflies, etc.

  • Build and define process for lead routing and attribution ensuring leads are attributed to the right campaigns, UTMs, and then sent to the right reps

  • In partnership with Demand Gen, build and define lead lifecycle, audience segmentation, and email hygiene best practices

  • Improve our campaign model in Hubspot so that field marketing and demand generation can demonstrate ROI

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting cadences covering pipeline generation, channel performance, funnel conversion, and marketing sourced and marketing influenced revenue

  • Identify opportunities to automate and redesign workflows as we scale, using better systems design and AI

  • Document and enable the rest of the organization to self-serve so we can keep moving fast

What You'll Need

  • 4+ years in Marketing Operations, GTM Systems, Revenue Operations, , Sales Operations, or Growth Operations with substantial hands-on systems-building responsibility

  • Experience in Hubspot for both a CRM & MAP

  • You’ve built something in Claude Code (or similar) with a live URL that you can share

  • Analytical mindset: comfortable interpreting data, spotting trends, and translating findings into recommendations

  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent cross functional communication skills and comfort operating with senior stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, and Finance

  • Experience leveraging AI to reimagine how GTM ops works

  • Experience owning systems as the main/solo admin

Nice to Have

  • Experience at a developer-facing or API-first company, or selling to technical buyers

  • Experience building agentic workflows (multi-step AI systems, not just single prompts)

  • You’ve worked at an early stage company before and are comfortable with the pace a startup brings
