- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science with at least 5 years of professional experience, or a Master's degree with at least 3 years of professional experience.
- Business-level English communication skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable in uncertain or changing environments.
- Proficiency with standard PC tools such as Microsoft Office.
