What you'll do
- Create several Instagram Reels a day across talking-head, trend-based and value-focused formats
- Research stories from internal material and write scripts about app builders, AI startups and common sticking points
- Hook viewers quickly with short videos showing how builders earn money or get past problems
- Work from briefs and revise scripts with the team when you focus on presenting
- Take on longer videos later if you have experience or interest in that format
What you bring
- You speak fluent English and come across naturally and confidently on camera
- You can generate ideas, write scripts, film and edit, or bring strong on-camera skills with light editing
- You understand content and can recognize what performs, with a preference for broader production skills

SnapDev (snapdev.ai) is an on-demand engineering marketplace. It connects non-technical founders and "vibe coders" (people building apps with AI tools like Lovable, Cursor, Replit and Bolt) with vetted senior engineers when they get stuck. Our audience is mostly US-based.
Job Responsibilities:
- Creating short-form videos for Instagram (Reels), at high volume with multiple videos a day
- Working across a few styles: talking-head videos, trending formats, and value-driven content that hooks people in the first few seconds
- Covering topics like:
- Non-technical people who vibe coded apps and started making money from them
- How we help people build AI startups
- Common problems builders face and how they get unstuck
- Using our internal database and raw story material to research stories and write their own scripts. If they'd rather focus on speaking, we'll give them briefs, and we'll work on revisions together
- Down the line, we'd also like them to create longer-form content, so experience with that or interest in it is preferred
Requirements
- Ideally someone who can come up with ideas, script, shoot and edit
- If they're strong on camera and can handle light editing, that works too
- Someone great on camera with a solid understanding of content and what performs is also a fit, but we'd prefer one of the first two
- Confident and natural on camera, with fluent English since the audience is US-based
- Moves fast, takes ownership and works closely with the team
