At the heart of Luxembourg, two Relais & Châteaux properties each offer a distinctive expression of the art of hospitality. Hôtel Le Place d’Armes brings together seven historic houses surrounding Place d’Armes, with unique rooms, three restaurants and private salons. Villa Pétrusse offers a more intimate experience, combining a historic residence with gardens overlooking the Pétrusse Valley, where hospitality extends across its dining venues and reception spaces.
We are looking for a Commercial Director to showcase these two unique properties and develop their clientele both in Luxembourg and internationally.

YOUR MISSION
Reporting to the General Management of the Hotel Company, you will contribute to defining the commercial strategy for both properties, working closely with their General Managers. You will develop accommodation, food & beverage, and events business across individual, corporate, group and MICE segments. You will also identify new opportunities for private events and exclusive venue hire, while building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients, agencies and key industry partners.
Leading a five-person commercial team, you will translate this strategy into clear objectives and concrete actions. You will support and develop each team member, oversee forecasting and reporting, and leverage the CRM as a key tool for client knowledge and business development. Working closely with the operational teams, you will ensure the highest level of service delivery and the successful fulfilment of commitments made to clients.
YOUR PROFILE
Proven commercial experience within the upscale or luxury hospitality industry is essential. You have a strong understanding of its standards, clientele and different market segments, particularly groups, MICE, events and private venue hire.
You know how to create demand for a unique and memorable experience while managing commercial performance with precision. Previous commercial experience within a cluster or across multiple properties would be a distinct advantage.

Education: Graduate of a hospitality school or hold a higher education degree in hospitality, business, marketing, or a related field.
Professional Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in the upscale or luxury hospitality industry, ideally in a commercial or business development role.
Management: Strong management skills, with the ability to organise, support and develop a team by setting clear objectives and ensuring regular performance follow-up.
Languages: Excellent command of French and English, both written and spoken.
Leadership & Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills, natural leadership abilities, and the capacity to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and business partners.
Results-Oriented: Strong commercial mindset, excellent sense of priorities, and proven ability to achieve and exceed set objectives.
