The Opportunity

As Reducto’s first Brand Designer, you’ll shape how the world sees Reducto—from the ads and motion graphics in our customers’ feeds, to the booths that greet them at industry events, to the billboards and taxi wraps they pass on the way to work. You’ll sit on the marketing team and partner closely with our product design team, owning a creative scope that today is spread across multiple contractors and bringing it under one cohesive, unmistakably Reducto brand. This is a high-impact role where you’ll set the bar for craft, define what great brand design looks like at Reducto, and ship work across nearly every surface our customers see.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own and drive our web presence end-to-end—partnering closely with Product Design to define the vision, develop and build the experience, and ensure our brand and product design systems stay deeply aligned.

  • Design ads and static creative across paid, organic social, and lifecycle channels.

  • Elevate product screenshots and visuals so our product story comes through with clarity and polish.

  • Motion graphics or video skills (Lottie, After Effects, Premiere, or similar). Creating short animations for our marketing site.

  • Produce motion graphics and short-form video for web, ads, social, and event use.

  • Lead creative for tradeshows and events—custom booth design, signage, on-site collateral, and swag.

  • Concept and ship out-of-home campaigns (billboards, taxi wraps, transit, and other physical surfaces).

  • Own brand consistency across every customer-facing surface—from a sales deck to a SOMA billboard.

  • Set creative direction for and manage external contractors when we need extra firepower.

You’ll Thrive Here If You:

  • Hold yourself to a high bar for quality, craft, and precision.

  • Have 5-8 years of experience in brand, marketing, or creative design—ideally with a portfolio that spans both digital and physical/experiential work.

  • Are equally comfortable owning a campaign concept end-to-end and executing pixel-level polish.

  • Care deeply about how AI is reshaping the way we work

  • Move fast without sacrificing taste—we ship in days, not months.

  • Collaborate effectively across marketing, product design, and external vendors.

  • Take full ownership from concept through execution.

Bonus points if you:

  • Have shipped out-of-home or experiential work (booths, billboards, OOH campaigns).

  • Have brand design at an early-stage, high-growth startup, or design studio.

  • Plus if you have swag experience

  • Have collaborated closely with a product design team on a shared design system.
