Role Description

Reporting to the Director of Digital Marketing, we're looking for a Manager or Senior Manager to be located in our Deerfield Beach, FL HQ or our up-and-coming NYC office. In this role, your work will center on being fast-paced and autonomous, set within a supportive team structure. The goals are to develop and maintain effective paid search and DSP campaigns for our premium brand partners on Amazon and to continually optimize them through testing, keyword analysis, and bidding strategy. If you have an analytical mindset, ability to learn and drive to succeed, you will thrive in our organization!

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of Amazon Ads experience, a deep understanding of Amazon advertising best practices, on-platform advertising strategy, and ability to manage multi-million dollar annual advertising budgets. You will be responsible for creating, managing and optimizing advertising campaigns on Amazon to drive traffic, increase sales, and maximize return on investment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • On-platform activation and optimization of Amazon paid search campaigns
  • Create, manage, and optimize Amazon advertising campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display ads
  • Develop and execute strategies to optimize campaigns to drive traffic, increase sales, and maximize return on investment
  • Conduct keyword research and develop targeting strategies to reach the right audience
  • Analyze campaign performance data and provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance
  • Monitor and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting settings to ensure campaigns are meeting performance goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, creative, and partner management teams, to develop and implement effective advertising strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Amazon advertising trends and best practices to ensure campaigns are leveraging the latest features and opportunities
  • Research, create, categorize and refine keyword lists to create a comprehensive pay-per-click campaign on Amazon
  • Implement successful bidding strategies and effective keyword management
  • Analyze and assess campaign performance; revise and optimize as necessary
  • Leverage learnings to help guide and inform DSP/Programmatic advertising strategies

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field; if not, substantial experience in digital marketing within ecommerce/Amazon/Google is required
  • 2+ years in-platform management of Amazon Ads
  • Experience managing Ads across multiple products and a deep understanding of digital advertising best practices
  • Experience managing million dollar annual advertising budgets
  • Use of Bid Management tools - SA360, Skai, xMars, Pacvue, Perpetua, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Amazon Advertising Console and other Amazon advertising tools
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decisions and optimize campaigns
  • Deep understanding of Amazon advertising best practices, including campaign structure, keyword research, targeting strategies, and bid management
  • Experience working with Amazon Seller Central, Vender Central, eBay, Walmart, or similar e-commerce platforms
  • Detail oriented with the ability to collaborate with others while also managing multiple projects simultaneously


New York City compensation transparency - the total compensation for this role will vary based on experience and overall skills sets evaluated through the interview process. Total annual compensation may range from $80,000 - $120,000.
