Job Description & Summary

Main responsibilities
Lead the implementation of a cloud-based time capture solution across different member firms globally.
Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders during implementation activities, workshops, and solution discussions.
Partner with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, Development teams, and Operations to ensure successful delivery.
Collaborate with leadership teams to support IT transformation and change management initiatives.
Manage stakeholder expectations and align business requirements with IT capabilities.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and service optimization efforts.
Monitor SLAs, drive operational excellence, and enhance customer/user experience.

+5 years of experience leading IT transformation initiatives and operational projects.
Experience working in global and cross-cultural environments.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Background in change management, PMO, portfolio management, or enterprise architecture initiatives.
Experience managing customer relationships and service delivery.
Knowledge of information security standards (ISO 27001 is a plus).
Customer-oriented mindset with strategic thinking capabilities.
