What you'll do

Plan, launch and assess marketing work for financial services, including Asset & Wealth Management, Banking & Capital Markets, and Insurance
Set marketing priorities and turn them into focused initiatives and campaigns for internal stakeholders

Your Impact

Führung der Planung, Umsetzung und Evaluation von Marketingaktivitäten mit Fokus auf Financial Services.
Entwicklung der strategischen Ausrichtung von Marketingthemen sowie Ableitung zielgerichteter Massnahmen und Kampagnen.
Verantwortung für Budgetplanung, Controlling und Reporting relevanter KPIs.
Steuerung von Kundenevents, Direct Marketing Aktivitäten sowie Sponsoring-Engagements von der Konzeption bis zur Nachbereitung.
Umsetzung integrierter Digital- und Social-Media-Kampagnen entlang der Customer Journey.
Beratung interner Stakeholder in allen marketingrelevanten Fragestellungen.

Your Skill Set

Hochschulabschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Marketing, Kommunikation oder vergleichbare höhere Ausbildung im Marketingbereich.
Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Marketing, idealerweise im Financial Services -Umfeld.
Strukturierte, präzise und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, auch unter Zeitdruck.
Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie Erfahrung in KPI-Steuerung, Reporting und Budgetmanagement.
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
Teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit hoher Eigenverantwortung, Flexibilität und Innovationsfreude.
