Work Arrangement / Location

This role operates in a hybrid environment designed to balance in‑person collaboration with flexibility. The team typically works from the Newark, NJ office [3 days per week], with remote work supported based on business and role needs. 

Why This Role Matters: 

As part of the newly created function, this role will support the Growth & Segment Marketing team in developing and operationalizing holistic, performance-driven, digital-first strategies to help achieve growth targets across business units. This role will help quarterback all growth and segment efforts by partnering closely with cross-functional marketing partners to translate business and marketing objectives into coordinated omni-channel marketing plans that leverage data, customer insights and channel expertise.

 

The ideal candidate is a digitally fluent growth marketer with 5–8 years of experience, strong project management skills, a track record of supporting performance-driven marketing programs and a passion for identifying practical, innovative ways to help drive business growth.

What You Will Do:

  • Translate business unit priorities into omni-channel growth plans and campaigns that deliver against business objectives and measurable value.
  • Own growth and segment audiences, provide end-to-end campaign oversight and help define which opportunities should be prioritized as growth areas.
  • Connect strategy to execution by coordinating across channels, technology and partner teams to support audience-first journeys that drive new sales, engagement and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Use insights and data to help inform customer journeys, audience strategies and test-and-learn roadmaps, translating recommendations into actionable experiments.
  • Partner with Marketing Analytics to track, measure and socialize performance results, helping identify opportunities to optimize growth plans against financial and business targets.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to understand how to embed product marketing needs into audience-led journeys.
  • Apply digital marketing knowledge to support recommendations on channel mix, campaign sequencing and activation priorities.
  • Serve as a day-to-day coordination partner across marketing, functional and channel leads to drive prioritization, alignment and momentum across key growth initiatives.
  • Partner with other functional teams to help ensure campaigns are connected and optimized throughout the funnel.
  • Coordinate with external agency partners and internal teams to help execute content, creative and experiences that deliver on defined objectives.
  • Help prepare leadership-ready updates, recaps and materials that clarify progress, risks, decisions and next steps across growth efforts.

What You Will Bring:

  • 5–8 years of experience supporting omni-channel B2C and/or B2B growth programs that provide measurable impact for the business.
  • Experience developing end-to-end lifecycle journeys and managing the audiences that move through them.
  • Experience supporting lead generation and/or ABM campaigns that generate MQLs and SQLs.
  • Working knowledge of how to maximize the performance and effectiveness of email, web, digital advertising and other digital channels.
  • Ability to interpret customer data and insights and translate them into clear recommendations and action plans that support value creation and tell a story
  • Familiarity with using marketing automation, personalization, analytics platforms and tools to create and manage campaigns and journeys. Adobe Cloud experience a plus.
  • Strong business acumen and comfort helping build business cases and communicate the value of marketing to stakeholders.
  • An experimentation mindset that thrives in a test and learn environment.
  • Strong EQ and ability to build relationships, influence through collaboration and help stakeholders align around outcome-oriented initiatives.
  • Experience coordinating with external agencies and partners to support strong creative and campaign execution.
  • Comfortable working in complex organizations with multiple stakeholders and able to drive progress outcomes regardless of hierarchy or reporting structure.
  • Self-starter, highly organized and able to manage multiple workstreams independently while knowing when to escalate.
  • Outstanding communications skills and an ability to collaborate with various stakeholders within marketing and business teams.

Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $114,500.00 to $188,900.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
