What you bring

At least three years in a comparable financial-services role focused on cryptocurrency and CFDs
A demonstrated record of winning and maintaining Introducing Broker partnerships
Strong knowledge of financial markets and the relevant regulatory landscape
Fluent English and Turkish, plus a finance, business, or related bachelor’s degree
Experience with MT5 and internal trading terminals, alongside strong negotiation and communication skills

Minimum of 3 year of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry, with a focus on cryptocurrency and CFDs.
Proven track record in acquiring and managing relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs).
In-depth understanding of the financial markets and regulatory environment.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in both English and local language is crutial.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA) are a plus.
Familiarity with trading platforms, especially MetaTrader 5 (MT5), and internal trading terminals.
