JOB PURPOSE

As part of the Internal Communication and Employee Engagement team, the Internal Communication Specialist will play a key role in developing and managing internal communication campaigns with a strong focus on employer branding. The candidate will have autonomy in managing projects and budgets, working closely with multiple teams acting as a central point of contact for cross-departmental communication projects, promoting collaboration and awareness among teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will:

Create Contents and manage internal Communication campaigns.

  • Support the management of the global Internal Communications plan, ensuring alignment with company priorities and the timely delivery of consistent messages.
  • Plan and coordinate engagement campaigns and initiatives to promote company culture, values, and employee engagement, with a focus on inclusion and sustainability.
  • Develop engaging, clear, and impactful messaging that resonates with diverse employee audiences across all levels of the organization.

Execute the Employer Branding Group Strategy

  • Craft and curate the Group employer branding message across channels.
  • Develop and implement employer branding initiatives aimed at strengthening the company’s image as an attractive employer.
  • Create and implement social media strategies that engage prospective talent and foster brand loyalty among current employees.
  • Build partnerships with universities, professional organizations, and industry groups to expand the company’s talent pipeline and branding reach.
  • Plan and participate in events, such as career fairs, campus recruiting events, and industry networking events, to strengthen the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

At least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Strong project and budget management skills, with an aptitude for problem-solving and organization.

Exceptional writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive content for a variety of audiences.

Proactivity is a must, creative approach is also welcome.

Fluent in Italian and English.

The role is based in Milan.
