The Internal Communication and Employee Engagement Manager is a pivotal leadership role responsible for architecting the strategic narrative and driving a high-performance organizational culture. This individual serves as a strategic partner to executive leadership, elevating the employee experience by spearheading initiatives that amplify engagement, foster inclusivity, and align the workforce with global business objectives. The Manager leverages deep expertise to cultivate an environment where communication is a catalyst for innovation and organizational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Internal Communications Strategy

  • Architecting & Vision: Spearhead the design and execution of multi-channel communication frameworks that shape the organizational narrative and drive strategic alignment.

  • Channel Optimization: Leverage and optimize digital and traditional platforms to ensure seamless information flow and maximize employee reach and resonance.

  • Content Excellence: Oversee the production of high-impact content and storytelling that reinforces the employer brand and supports key change management initiatives.

  • Executive Counsel: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, providing expert guidance on communication best practices and managing complex internal issues.

Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Culture Cultivation: Champion company-wide engagement strategies that amplify core values and foster a sense of belonging and community across all levels.

  • Experience Optimization: Analyze engagement data to identify trends and implement targeted initiatives that optimize the overall employee lifecycle and satisfaction.

  • Cross-functional Leadership: Lead collaborative, high-impact events and programs, managing external vendors and internal task forces to achieve exceptional execution.

  • Mentorship & Development: Provide leadership and mentorship to team members and stakeholders, fostering professional growth and building organizational communication capability.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Human Resources, or a related discipline.

  • Proven ability to lead internal communication and engagement functions, typically supported by 7+ years of progressive professional experience.

  • Advanced proficiency in strategic storytelling and executive-level content curation.

  • Strong track record of navigating change management and influencing stakeholders within complex, multinational environments.

  • Exceptional project management capabilities, with the ability to architect large-scale company events and initiatives.

  • Superior linguistic command of English, both verbal and written, suitable for executive engagement.
