仕事内容｜What You Will Do

日本市場におけるKOL／インフルエンサー戦略の立案・実行（YouTube・X・Instagram・TikTok中心） KOL/Influencer Strategy: Plan and execute KOL/influencer strategies for the Japanese market (YouTube, X, Instagram, TikTok).
ブランド認知〜CVまでを一貫して設計（単発施策ではなくフルファネル） Full-Funnel Design: Manage everything from brand awareness to conversion — continuous strategy, not one-off campaigns.
インフルエンサーのリクルーティング／関係構築／長期パートナーシップ化 Relationship Management: Recruit influencers and build long-term partnerships.
タレント／クリエイター／代理店との交渉および契約管理 Negotiation & Contracts: Manage negotiations and contracts with talent, creators, and agencies.
コンテンツ企画（レビュー、ビジネス活用事例など）と品質ディレクション Content Planning: Direct content quality and planning (reviews, business use cases, etc.).
