Job Title

Sales Executive - Enterprise Informatics

Job Description

As an Enterprise Sales Executive – Integrated Diagnostics & Healthcare Informatics, you will be responsible for driving Philips' Integrated Diagnostics growth strategy across Sweden, owning commercial performance, customer relationships, strategic partnerships, and market development activities within your territory. This is not a traditional product sales role. You will lead complex, outcome-focused engagements that help healthcare providers transform diagnostic workflows and accelerate digital transformation across radiology, cardiology, pathology, enterprise imaging, interoperability, AI-enabled clinical workflows, and healthcare data management.

As the primary commercial lead for Sweden, you will develop executive-level relationships with healthcare leaders, clinicians, IT stakeholders, procurement teams, and decision-makers across regional healthcare systems and provider organizations. Your ability to align customer priorities with Philips' broader portfolio will directly influence long-term customer partnerships, business growth, and healthcare innovation across the Swedish market. You will operate at the intersection of strategy, healthcare transformation, and commercial execution, helping customers achieve improved clinical outcomes, operational efficiencies, staff productivity, and patient experiences through connected and intelligent healthcare solutions.

While owning and driving the Swedish market, you will be part of a highly collaborative Nordics Enterprise Informatics and Integrated Diagnostics team, working closely with colleagues across Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Finland. In parallel, you will engage a broad international ecosystem of Philips experts including clinical consultants, solution specialists, business marketing teams, product management, customer success leaders, and global Integrated Diagnostics stakeholders, enabling you to bring the full strength of Philips to every customer engagement.

This role offers a unique opportunity to combine local market ownership, Nordic collaboration, and international exposure while contributing to Philips' long-term growth strategy in one of healthcare's most dynamic and rapidly evolving sectors.

Your Role

  • Drive growth and commercial success for Philips' Integrated Diagnostics portfolio across Sweden.
  • Develop strategic customer partnerships with healthcare executives, clinical leaders, and digital transformation stakeholders.
  • Lead complex, value-based sales engagements focused on clinical, operational, and financial outcomes.
  • Identify, develop, and close opportunities across Enterprise Informatics, Imaging Informatics, AI, interoperability, and workflow solutions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across Imaging, Ultrasound, Monitoring, Enterprise Informatics, Services, and Clinical Consulting.
  • Represent the Swedish market within Nordic and international teams, contributing to growth strategies and customer initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends, procurement activity, and healthcare transformation priorities to identify new opportunities.

This role plays a key role in advancing Philips' Integrated Diagnostics strategy in Sweden by:

  • Expanding Philips' market presence and strategic partnerships.
  • Driving adoption of connected, AI-enabled healthcare solutions.
  • Supporting healthcare digitalization initiatives.
  • Delivering measurable clinical, operational, and financial value for customers.
  • Contributing to Philips' Nordic growth ambitions.

You're the Right Fit If You

  • Have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Healthcare, IT, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Bring at least 5 years of sales, account management, or business development experience in healthcare, healthcare IT, medical technology, imaging, diagnostics, or digital health.
  • Have a strong network within the Swedish healthcare sector.
  • Demonstrate success selling complex solutions to multiple stakeholders.
  • Thrive in a collaborative, international matrix environment.
  • Enjoy owning a market while working as part of a Nordic team.
  • Are fluent in Swedish and English.
  • Hold a valid Swedish B driving licence and are willing to travel.
