Your role
In this role, you will:
Grow Philips Ultrasound business across public and private healthcare organizations.
Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities within your territory.
Drive sales performance, including order intake, pricing, revenue growth, and market share.
Lead customer meetings, presentations, demonstrations, and commercial proposals.
Build trusted, long-term partnerships with healthcare stakeholders and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Develop and execute account plans aligned with customer priorities and Philips' business goals.
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast through Salesforce.com.
Use market and customer insights to identify opportunities and shape growth strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences and business results.
Manage quotations, tenders, contracts, and order intake activities.
Represent Philips at customer events and industry conferences.
Monitor customer feedback, competitive activity, and win/loss trends to continuously improve performance.
Support contract handovers and accounts receivable activities when needed.
Ensure compliance with Philips quality standards, business processes, and regulatory requirements.
You're the right fit if you have
Bachelor's degree.
Experience in sales, business development, or account management.
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a matrix organization.
Full, valid driving license and willingness to travel across the assigned region.
Nice-to-have:
Experience in Ultrasound, diagnostic imaging, medical devices, or the healthcare industry.
A proven track record in new business development and territory growth.
Experience working with hospitals or healthcare providers.

For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.This role is a field role.
Compensation & benefits
Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The base salary range for this role is 162,140.00 - 242,000.00 RON Annual. We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations.
This role is eligible for 30% bonus with your rewards linked to KPIs. We’ll share the full approach with you during the interview process, so you can make a clear, informed decision.
