Your Role
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for broadband and fixed-line products to drive revenue and brand growth.
- Analyze customer needs, market insights and behavioural data to identify opportunities, define target segments and design effective customer journeys.
- Lead marketing programmes from strategy and business case development to execution, evaluation and optimization.
- Drive product, service and proposition enhancements to meet evolving customer needs and capture new opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on propositions, pricing, operations, sales collateral and communications.
- Apply AI tools to research, analysis, presentations, content creation, campaign operations and performance optimization.
- Develop AI-enabled workflows to automate repetitive tasks, improve productivity and enhance output quality.
- Manage and negotiate with external partners, agencies and stakeholders to maximize brand exposure and partnership value.
- Monitor market, customer, competitor and industry trends, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
- Define performance indicators and use data-driven insights to improve business and marketing results.
To Succeed in This Role
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related discipline.
- 8-10 years’ relevant experience in product, service or customer marketing, preferably in telecommunications, technology or consumer sectors.
- Proven experience in marketing strategy, customer analysis, journey design and integrated programme execution.
- Ability to independently drive new ideas and cross-functional projects from concept to implementation.
- Hands-on experience using AI for marketing, presentations, campaign operations, automation or productivity improvement.
- Innovative and forward-thinking, with a strong interest in new technologies and ways of working.
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn insights into action.
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder-influencing skills.
- Solid partner and agency management and negotiation experience.
