About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Brand Designer to lead the development and evolution of brand identities. You’ll take ownership of projects from initial concept through final delivery, creating distinctive and strategically grounded visual systems across both digital and print. You’ll work closely with strategy, copywriting and account teams to translate positioning into compelling visual identities, while presenting your work confidently to clients and ensuring every final deliverable is polished, consistent and easy to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Identity Development

  • Lead the creation and evolution of comprehensive brand identities from concept through final delivery.
  • Develop distinctive visual systems that align with client positioning and strategic goals.
  • Ensure brand identities remain coherent and consistent across different applications and touchpoints.

Visual Design Execution

  • Create high-quality graphic design assets across print and digital platforms.
  • Design logos, typography systems, color palettes, brand elements, packaging, and marketing collateral.
  • Apply strong visual hierarchy, composition, color theory, and typography across all deliverables.

Brand Guidelines & Documentation

  • Create comprehensive brand books and visual style guides.
  • Clearly document brand standards so clients, internal teams, and external vendors can apply them consistently.
  • Maintain organized, production-ready files and high-quality handoffs.

Client Presentation

  • Prepare and present design concepts directly to clients.

Creative Direction & Iteration

  • Lead internal design reviews and creative feedback cycles.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Required Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in brand design or graphic design.

  • Deep proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Familiarity with Figma or similar tools for presenting and sharing design systems.
  • Demonstrated experience designing for both print and digital media.
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.
  • Professional fluency in Portuguese.
  • Working proficiency in English is a strong advantage, particularly for international or client-facing work.
  • Experience working in a branding agency, creative consultancy, or similar environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and deadlines.
