Job Summary

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales strategy, acquiring new customers, and expanding the existing account base across local government and public sector organizations within their assigned territory. They lead the end-to-end sales cycle by leveraging the local partner ecosystem and internal presales teams.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development: Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across all three technology pillars: Network Security (Strata), Cloud Security (Prisma Cloud), and Security Operations (Cortex).

Public Sector Market Management: Navigate public procurement processes and leverage framework agreements and purchasing bodies (e.g., UGAP, UniHA) to accelerate sales cycles.

Partner Ecosystem Engagement: Collaborate closely with system integrators, resellers, and specialized channel partners in the regional public sector.

Account Management: Build executive relationships with high-level decision-makers (CISOs, CIOs, IT Directors) within local government bodies.

Internal Collaboration: Orchestrate internal resources (Systems Engineers, Product Specialists, Legal, and Marketing) to maximize win rates.

Forecasting & Reporting: Maintain strict pipeline management in Salesforce and deliver accurate sales forecasts.
