As a Web Operations Executive, you will join a collaborative, supportive, and internationally connected Marketing Operations team. You will work on a variety of marketing websites and projects, using content management systems and digital tools to keep content accurate, up to date, and effective. Opportunity

As a Web Operations Executive, you will play an important role in maintaining and enhancing the effectiveness of ELT marketing websites. Working closely with marketing stakeholders across the business, you will ensure that web content remains accurate, engaging, and aligned with business requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing requests from marketing teams to create, update, and maintain website content using a Content Management System (CMS).
  • Making day-to-day edits and updates to web pages while ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Scheduling and implementing recurring content updates and housekeeping activities across marketing websites.
  • Monitoring web pages and addressing content inaccuracies or issues in a timely manner.
  • Providing first-line support for stakeholder queries relating to website content and functionality.
  • Escalating complex issues to senior team members when required.
  • Supporting marketing campaigns and projects where web content forms a key component.
  • Maintaining and improving process documentation, user guides, and training materials.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and helping ensure uninterrupted delivery of web operations services.
