Opportunity

As a Marketing Executive (Social and Community), you will:

  • Execute day-to-day content scheduling and publishing across ELT social media and community platforms.
  • Maintain and manage editorial content calendars aligned with campaign priorities.
  • Support the development and delivery of content marketing strategies that engage audiences throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Actively manage and moderate online communities, responding to engagement and escalating issues when required.
  • Deliver social and community components of integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, using insights to optimize content and channel performance.
  • Utilize social listening tools to track audience feedback, sentiment, and emerging trends.
  • Collaborate with marketing colleagues to strengthen OUP's brand presence and drive audience engagement.

Impact

Essential Criteria

  • Demonstrable experience in social media marketing.
