  • Maintain the supply of sales collateral needed to represent OUP products in the market.

  • Collaboratively enable and administer co-operative marketing initiatives.

  • Collaboratively manage communications to current and prospective OUP authors.

  • Provide general administrative support for new work centralized within Marketing Operations.

About You

  • Essential: Approachable and collaborative; Team player; Flexible; IT literate; Good written and verbal communication; Effective time management; Adaptability; Strong prioritisation; Team working; Educated to A Level/BTEC standard or CIM Level 3+; At least 6 months professional experience; Intermediate IT skills including Excel.

  • Desirable: Previous experience in an internally or externally facing customer service role.
