The Opportunity:

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our high-performing marketing team. This role is a supporting role to help with the delivery and optimisation of multi-channel performance campaigns, driving high-quality leads and contributing to student acquisition targets for our university partners we work with. You’ll support the Performance Marketing Managers and broader marketing team to uncover insights, optimise performance, and continuously improve campaign outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the execution and optimisation of paid media campaigns across search, social and display
  • Ensure campaigns are aligned to strategy, audience, and brand guidelines
  • Monitor budgets, identify opportunities, and drive channel performance
  • Analyse campaign performance across key metrics (CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA)
  • Provide data-led recommendations to improve efficiency and outcomes
  • Continuously test and refine targeting, messaging, and creative
  • Deliver actionable insights and reporting to internal stakeholders
  • Partner with Marketing Managers to align campaign activity with broader strategies
  • Champion a test-and-learn approach across channels and campaigns
  • Identify new opportunities to reach and convert target audiences

About you:

You’re a commercially minded and data-driven marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys optimising performance at scale.

You’ll bring:
