- Strong analysis skills, advanced Microsoft Office ability, especially PowerPoint and Excel, and experience with data visualization tools
- Fluent English and a track record of working across international, cross-functional stakeholder groups

For our global Product Strategy & Sales Support (PSSS) department, we are looking for a Market Intelligence Specialist to support strategic business and product decisions. In this international and cross-functional role, you will coordinate market and competitive intelligence activities across multiple business functions and transform insights into actionable recommendations. As a Market Intelligence Specialist, you will work closely with Service, Sales, regional organizations, and other stakeholders to strengthen our understanding of the global wind energy market.
YOUR TASKS
- Act as the central point of contact for service-related market and competitive intelligence activities across the organization
- Coordinate intelligence gathering activities with Service, Sales, regional organizations, and external sources
- Conduct benchmarking and competitive analyses of service offerings, business models, and market approaches
- Analyze maintenance concepts, service agreements, warranties, spare parts, and aftermarket solutions of competitors
- Identify market trends, emerging service concepts, and best practices within the global wind energy industry
- Prepare management presentations, decision papers, and strategic recommendations based on market intelligence findings
- Support the development of databases, dashboards, and AI-enabled processes to improve market intelligence capabilities
YOUR PROFILE
- University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in Market Intelligence, Competitive Intelligence, Strategy, Business Development, Product Management, or a related field
- Experience within the wind energy industry or a comparable industrial B2B environment is considered an advantage
- Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting complex data and market information
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with international and cross-functional stakeholder networks
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, as well as data visualization tools
- Fluent English skills, with German or Spanish language skills considered beneficial
- Ability to travel as required (approx. once every 6 weeks)
