As a Jr Market Intelligence Analyst | Client Support, you will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing support in managing inquiries, tracking deliverables, and resolving issues. You will have the opportunity to develop expertise in customer service, data management, operational excellence, and international collaboration while working in a dynamic, multicultural environment. This role provides a strong foundation for building knowledge of NIQ solutions, strengthening analytical skills, and directly contributing to an exceptional client experience.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring professional, timely, and solution-oriented support for inquiries and requests.
- Manage and follow up on requests related to NIQ data, reports, deliverables, and platforms, ensuring resolution within agreed service levels.
- Monitor the execution and delivery of products and services, ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality standards, and client expectations.
- Investigate issues related to data, processes, or deliverables, coordinating with internal teams to identify root causes and ensure effective resolution.
- Perform quality control checks and data validations to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of information delivered to clients.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Operations, Data Delivery, and other functional teams to provide a seamless and consistent client experience.
- Maintain structured tracking of inquiries, incidents, and corrective actions, ensuring visibility, proper documentation, and case traceability.
- Support the creation and delivery of snapshots, reports, presentations, and other client materials, contributing to the effective communication of data and insights.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and automation, contributing to operational excellence, service efficiency, and client satisfaction.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Knowledge of the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and/or retail industry.
- Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while meeting established deadlines and objectives.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal.
