Who this fits
This role suits a junior operations professional who can combine client communication with detailed sales-data investigation. You’ll support a small team and work with internal and external clients. The hybrid arrangement has you working from home three days each week and from the Sofia office two days.

The Client Operations Associate is responsible for managing operational client requests, analyzing retail sales data, and ensuring high-quality service delivery through effective stakeholder collaboration and problem resolution.
Responsibilities:
Client Ownership
- Accountable for the timely and accurate resolution of operational client requests and issues, including direct client communication
- Own MSD tickets resolving operational requests through close cross‑functional collaboration, supported by an efficient workflow
- Build positive relationships e.g. to effectively facilitate meetings, provide assistance, and remove obstacles related to back office activity through networking
- Attend and contribute to internal meetings on clarification of root causes, etc., and escalations/wellness-related incl. improvement plans preparation
- Lead regular operations and quality review sessions with Data Ops, and manage escalation meetings with clients in close alignment with Customer Service
- Use available operational tools to perform all necessary verifications and investigations
- Deliver high‑quality solutions to clients in a timely manner. Translate client requirements into internal tasks, confirm target delivery dates, and coordinate and monitor internal execution through to final delivery
Data Analysis
- Responsible for analysis of sales data from key high street retailers
- Investigation of sales data that looks atypical to determine root cause
- Working with the team to ensure strict deadlines for Client Deliveries are met, establishing quality problems and promptly correcting
- Must be comfortable with working with large data sets, identifying and analyzing trends
Additional tasks
- Support activities related to internal initiatives and transformational projects
- Maintain documentation and best practices
Requirements:
- High skill level within Microsoft office suite, particularly data manipulation within Excel
- Knowledge of VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables would be and advantage
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English (B2 or higher)
- Ability to understand and analyze data
- Must have a systematic, logical approach to problem solving
- Proven experience of learning new systems
- Able to uphold quality standards
- Critical thinking
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to maintain good working internal relationships
- Team player as this role is supporting a small team
