The Role

As a Project Manager - Content Operations, you will play a key role in the localization content production process, ensuring projects are executed smoothly and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end localization process across multiple projects, ensuring work is planned, tracked, and delivered on time.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, schedules, and status updates for localization initiatives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to align on project scope, priorities, deliverables, and deadlines.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for localization-related questions, updates, risks, and follow-ups.
  • Manage localization workflows across translation, review, implementation, quality assurance, approvals, and release readiness.
  • Identify project risks, blockers, and dependencies early, escalating issues as needed to keep projects on track.
  • Create and maintain project documentation, trackers, meeting notes, reports, and other materials to support visibility and alignment.
  • Support the development of scalable processes, templates, and workflows for managing multiple localization projects simultaneously.
  • Work with vendors, IP partners, developers, and other external stakeholders to communicate requirements, track progress, and coordinate delivery.
  • Handle ad hoc localization and content operations tasks as needed to support the broader team.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Project Management, Linguistics, Translation/Localization, International Studies, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in the IT services or gaming industry.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and workflows, including Notion and Asana.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • High attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently and simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Passion for game development and emerging technologies.
