About the role
As Senior Program Manager for GTM Launch, you’ll be the orchestrator behind NetApp’s product launches and GTM initiatives, making sure they reach the market on time, in sync, and with measurable impact. You’ll work between strategy and execution, bringing Product Marketing, Product Management, Sales, and Corporate Marketing together around one integrated plan, and keeping everyone moving in the same direction.
Beyond launches, you may also lead strategic projects and company- or org-wide initiatives that shape how NetApp plans, operates, and scales.
This role suits someone who enjoys creating order in a fast-moving environment, earns trust with leaders at every level, and is happy to roll up their sleeves to move work forward. You’ll also help shape how our team uses AI to work faster and more consistently.
What you’ll do
- Lead end-to-end GTM programs for priority launches across NetApp’s portfolio, from launch tiering and planning through execution and post-launch review.
- Build and run the integrated launch plan: milestones, dependencies, owners, readiness gates, and risk mitigation.
- Run launch governance, including readiness reviews and go/no-go decisions with executive stakeholders.
- Set the operating rhythm for launch teams, including cross-functional standups, executive readouts, and decision logs.
- Align Product Marketing, Product Management, Sales Enablement, and Corporate Marketing on scope, timing, and deliverables.
- Lead launch-day execution and quickly resolve any issues that come up.
- Track launch health and outcomes, report status clearly to senior leadership, and escalate early when something is at risk.
- Improve the launch playbook, templates, and tooling, including AI-assisted workflows, so each launch runs better than the last.
- Run retrospectives and turn the lessons into process improvements.
- Program manage strategic projects and company- or org-wide initiatives beyond individual launches, such as operating model changes, planning cycles, transformation efforts, or new process and tooling rollouts, from scoping through delivery and adoption.
What success looks like
- Launches and GTM initiatives reach the market on schedule, and Sales and partners are ready on day one.
- Stakeholders have one source of truth and get no surprises.
- The launch process gets measurably faster and more consistent over time.
- Strategic and org-wide initiatives move from idea to adoption, with clear owners, measurable outcomes, and executive visibility.
