Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and motivated Content Specialist to join our KM editorial team. This role is ideal for early-career professionals with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Communications, or a related discipline. If you hold a Master’s degree, prior experience is not required; for Bachelor’s degree holders, 1–2 years of relevant experience is preferred. This position focuses on video creation, AI-based video tools, writing, and editing.

Job Requirements

Video Creation & AI Tools

Create and edit high-quality videos for knowledge management purposes.
Experiment with and utilize AI-based video tools to enhance video content.
Ensure videos are engaging, informative, and aligned with KM objectives.
Collaborate with team members to integrate video content into KM platforms.

Content Writing & Editing

Write and edit clear, concise, and accurate knowledge base articles.
Ensure all written content adheres to KM editorial standards and guidelines.
Capture customer context and relevant information to improve article efficiency.
Maintain a consistent tone and style across all KM content.

KM Editorial Team Support

Assist in the review and publication of KM content.
Collaborate with team members to ensure content quality and accuracy.
Support the creation and maintenance of KM documentation.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to editorial operations & planning.

Language & Communication Skills

Demonstrate strong language skills, including grammar, punctuation, and style
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Must-Have Skills

Video Creation: Proficient in creating and editing videos using various tools.
