Nestlé Nutrition and Health is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Long-Term Care Key Account Manager to lead the development and execution of key account strategies across the Australian aged care sector.

In this exciting role, you will drive growth across strategic aged care accounts, build trusted customer partnerships, and deliver nutrition solutions that improve resident outcomes. You will manage key relationships with major aged care providers, identify new business opportunities, oversee commercial agreements, and work cross-functionally to ensure exceptional customer support.

A Day in the life…


Reporting to the Institutional Senior Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for total execution of plans and achievement of specified sales targets and market share objectives with major accounts.

Responsibilities include:


• Developing, implementing and maintaining customer plans to ensure delivery of objectives for Nestle Nutrition and Health across key customers.
• Lead and develop LTC channel development strategies in line with corporate planning linked to Aged Care customer Groups.
• Formulating action plans as required to reflect changes in market, customer and/or consumer dynamics to ensure performance objectives are being met.
• Supporting the development of category, channel and field sales plans with internal stakeholders.
• Develop and grow existing contracts for the Health Care portfolio
• Managing positive relationships with cross functional stakeholders, internally & externally.

What will make you successful:


• You will be outgoing, approachable and passionate about sales.
• A tertiary qualification in Business, Science, Dietetics, Nursing, Marketing, or related discipline is preferred.
• The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in an Account Management role, ideally within Hospital, aged care, medical or pharmaceutical industries.
• As a true partner to the business and customer, you are a confident communicator and have the ability to adapt your communication style with varying stakeholders.
• You will have a proven track record of success in exceeding targets & developing relationships with key customer groups.
• Strong commercial, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Applicants must have full working rights in Australia.
• The ability to travel interstate approx. once a month.
