What you'll do

How will you make an impact
Drive the sale of CyberCX capabilities, products, professional services and managed services to existing key account customers in the Financial Services Sector. This role also involves identifying and pursuing additional sales opportunities within these accounts, acquiring new customers, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Day to day you will:
- Formulate, implement, and manage strategic business plans across multiple key customer accounts to achieve sales revenue and quota targets
- Engage closely with new and existing customers to understand current and future needs, and propose suitable products, services, and upgrades to maintain and grow revenue
- Maintain consistent contact with assigned customers, acting as the primary interface between the customer and CyberCX to ensure a continued high level of service
- Build long-term business partnerships by understanding customer objectives, buying criteria, and decision-making processes to maximise revenue and position CyberCX as a preferred supplier
- Negotiate pricing and volume discounts (where applicable) in line with CyberCX policies, and liaise with technical teams to resolve issues and ensure customer retention
- Identify and secure new business opportunities through ongoing customer engagement, lead follow-up, and monitoring of competitor strategies
- Conduct product demonstrations and facilitate technical discussions with customers and subject matter experts
- Lead the development of sales proposals, tenders/bids, contracts, and account management plans mind
Skills & Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in account management, business development, or customer-focused solution sales
- Strong hands-on experience designing and delivering Security solutions
- Experience delivering production-grade systems within Financial Services or other highly regulated environments
- Strong knowledge of security domains, including governance, risk, compliance, and secure software delivery
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into secure, scalable architectures
- Proven capability to work across advisory, presales, and delivery, balancing strategic and hands-on responsibilities
- Excellent client-facing communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Familiarity with APRA, CPS 230/234, PCI-DSS, and other FSI regulatory frameworks
