Ensure Status of the New Partners On-board:
- Ensure that MCN is already provided for the New Partners.
- Ensure that Contract has been completed.
- Ensure that access to the Portal and NCR@YS applications
- Ensure that training for CEs is established to ensure the Partner has the required competency.
- Ensure and validate that access to Service Parts Account and Oracle set-up
- Ensure that Partners get the required Diagnostic Keys or Other Services Tools.
- Ensure that training on the portal as it relates to Services Applications
Tracking the Revenue of New Partners and report to M1 Program Manager.
