Who this fits

You’ll suit a hands-on marketer who enjoys connecting product, marketing, and sales and takes ownership of positioning and collateral. The role is based onsite in Marousi, Greece, and involves working across teams with different priorities. It also suits someone curious about financial products, customers, and market feedback.

From the employer

Natech Banking Solutions is a leading European fintech company with nearly 20 years of experience in developing advanced banking systems for major financial institutions. Headquartered in Ioannina, with offices in Athens, Switzerland, and Germany, Natech is at the forefront of digital banking innovation. Our comprehensive product suite includes core banking systems and digital engagement tools, enabling financial institutions to deliver exceptional service. In partnership with Piraeus Bank, we are also developing Snappi, Greece’s first digital-only bank. That’s where you come in.

We are expanding into new territories and customer segments, and we are looking for a Product Marketer to strengthen how we position our products and bring them to market. This is a hands-on role for a marketer who can sit at the intersection of product, marketing, and sales, and turn technical capabilities into clear, compelling stories that resonate with financial institutions.

As a Product Marketer, you will own product messaging and positioning across our portfolio, build the sales collateral and enablement materials that help our teams close deals, and support product launches from planning through to market execution. You will work closely with both the Product and Marketing teams, and partner with Sales to make sure our value proposition is consistent, credible, and easy to understand.

This role has a direct influence on how the market perceives Natech and on the effectiveness of our go-to-market motion. The ideal candidate is a strong writer and communicator, curious about the product and the customer, and comfortable working across teams with different priorities. You understand B2B marketing dynamics and longer sales cycles, and you can translate research and product detail into messaging that supports demand generation and sales.

This is a high-impact role with clear ownership and room to shape how Natech takes its products to market. If you enjoy connecting product, marketing, and sales, and you take pride in clear positioning and high-quality collateral, we’d like for you to apply.

Requirements

  • Develop and own product messaging and positioning across Natech’s product portfolio, keeping it clear, differentiated, and consistent across channels
  • Partner with the Product team to understand the roadmap, new features, and capabilities, and translate them into customer-facing value propositions
  • Partner with the Marketing team to align product narratives with campaigns, content, and brand voice
  • Create and maintain sales collateral and enablement materials, including brochures, one-pagers, pitch decks, battlecards, and product briefs
  • Support product launches end to end, from go-to-market planning and messaging through to coordinated execution across teams
  • Equip the Sales team with the materials, talking points, and training they need to communicate product value with confidence
  • Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to inform positioning, differentiation, and messaging decisions
  • Contribute to demand generation by shaping the product story behind campaigns and content
  • Gather feedback from Sales and customers and feed insights back to the Product and Marketing teams
  • Ensure product messaging and materials follow Natech brand guidelines and stay consistent across every touchpoint
