Your leadership skills and business acumen will be essential in guiding the business development team to achieve sales targets, build strategic partnerships, and foster long-term client relationships. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to successfully promote our Managed Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective business development strategies for the Managed Services sector.
  • Identify new business opportunities and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Conduct market analysis and identify trends to keep the company competitive and innovative.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
  • Prepare and present detailed proposals, reports, and presentations for prospective and current clients.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, pipeline, and market trends, adjusting strategies as required.
  • Represent Müller's Solutions at industry events and conferences to promote our Managed Services offerings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development or account management, preferably in the IT or Managed Services industry.
