From the employer
Motorica is at a breakthrough moment
We are changing how games are animated. By combining proprietary motion capture data with state-of-the-art diffusion models, we let studios generate AAA-quality character animation in minutes instead of weeks, at a fraction of the traditional cost. Animators keep full control over style, timing and transitions, and export straight into Unreal, Unity, Maya and Blender.
Our technology is already used by some of the biggest names in gaming, and demand from major studios is growing fast. The product is ready. Now we need someone to tell its story.
The Role
You will be our dedicated marketer and the voice of the product in the market. You'll own both marketing and growth initiatives, and support our commercial strategy and the packaging of our products. You will work closely with our leadership team and the AI researchers who build our models.
What You'll Do
Own positioning and messaging: Turn deep tech into a clear story for animators, technical animators, animation directors and the producers who sign off on budget.
Drive growth: Launches, content, events and partnerships that build awareness and pipeline. Motion sells itself when it is shown well.
Support sales and packaging: Equip our account executives across Europe, North America and Asia to win, and help shape how we package our products.
Bring the market inside: Feed customer, competitor and pricing insights back to product and leadership.
How You'll Work
This is a role where you both define the direction and execute hands-on. There is no ready-made playbook: you figure out what works, then run that playbook, whatever the tactics.
Who You Are
3+ years in B2B growth and/or product marketing, with the emphasis on marketing. You have launched products and built audiences, not just written requirements.
Experience marketing to developers or creators. A background in game middleware, engine tools or 3D/DCC software is a strong plus.
A sharp writer and storyteller, comfortable creating video and visual content yourself.
You understand game development well enough to earn an animator's respect, and you are curious about generative AI.
You like owning a whole function, prefer shipping over polishing, and you are at home in a small, fast-moving startup rather than following a big-company playbook.
Fluent in English.
Nice to have: Running a GDC presence, hands-on experience with the game development process.
What We Offer
Competitive salary and stock options
Pension, 5,000 SEK yearly wellness allowance, life and injury insurance
The chance to build marketing from scratch at a deep-tech company backed by Angular Ventures, Luminar Ventures and founders of leading Swedish game studios
An office on Södermalm, with a team where more than half are AI researchers
