From the employer

Metaview is an AI company focused on recruiting. We build AI agents that help world-class companies hire with radically more speed and precision. We automate the toil, and augment the human for companies like Brex, Affirm, Deel, ElevenLabs, and Airtable.

Founded by Siadhal and Shahriar after their experiences scaling Uber and Palantir, we’ve raised over $50m from top-tier investors. Most recently, Google Ventures led our series B. We’re growing 5x YoY, our customers are raving fans of the product, and our story has been covered in Fortune, Forbes, TechCrunch, and The Times.

It’s still day 0: Now is the time to re-engineer how work gets done with AI at the core, and our toughest challenges still lie ahead. We’re looking for people seeking the hardest, most fulfilling work of their lives.

How we work

We operate with one core principle: velocity. In practice, this means we:

  • Optimize everything we do around accelerating rate of learning.

  • Do truly great work

  • Communicate openly and directly, and with full context.

All while maintaining a hard-earned reputation for craft and quality.

The role:

We’re looking for a Brand Designer to shape how Metaview shows up in the world.

You’ll work across every expression of our brand, from our website and product launches to campaigns, events, video, and everything in between. You’ll work closely with Design, Marketing, Product, and our founders to turn complex products and ideas into work that feels simple, distinctive, and unmistakably Metaview.

We care deeply about craft, but also about how we produce it. We’re looking for someone who thinks in systems, gets close to the technology, and builds foundations that help us move faster without lowering the bar.

What you'll do:

  • Website: Maintain and evolve our public site, keeping it sharp, fresh, and differentiated.

  • Brand system: Evolve Metaview’s visual identity and turn it into scalable systems and toolkits across typography, color, illustration, icons, photography, and motion.

  • Campaigns & collateral: Create standout work across digital, social, print, events, swag, and other brand moments, from concept through production.

  • Illustration & graphics: Develop distinctive visuals for our website, product experiences, campaigns, and other channels.

  • Video: Storyboard and direct the visual style of product explainers and brand videos. Animation skills are a bonus, not a requirement.

  • Presentations: Design compelling decks and assets that bring Metaview’s story to life.

  • Collaboration: Partner closely with Marketing, Product Design, Video, Events, and Operations from initial brief through final delivery.

What you bring:

  • A strong portfolio showing exceptional brand thinking, visual storytelling, typography, layout, and art direction across digital and physical touchpoints.

  • Excellent creative judgment: you can take an ambiguous brief, find the sharpest idea, and turn it into polished, distinctive work.

  • High standards and high velocity: you care deeply about craft, sweat the details, and know when to move quickly.

  • High agency and low ego: you take ownership, work autonomously, collaborate well, and stay hands-on from concept through production.

  • A first-principles mindset and appetite for solving hard creative problems rather than defaulting to what’s been done before.

  • Genuine curiosity about AI and excitement to help define the visual language of a company building at the frontier.

What we offer:

  • High compensation, through cash and equity.

  • We'll pay for any AI tools & books/resources you need as part of your role.

  • Unlimited PTO.

  • A ramp card for your WFH setup and the freedom to buy lunch & dinner any time you're in the office.

  • The best co-workers you’ll ever have, in an environment that fosters cohesion, collaboration, and performance.

  • Supreme rate-of-learning as we re-orient how the world works with AI.
