This role keeps the digital marketing engine running day to day. The Executive sets up and monitors campaigns under the direction of the Digital Marketing & CRM Manager, keeps the CRM clean and correctly attributed, handles first-line WhatsApp and email responses, and produces the weekly numbers the manager uses to make decisions.
It is an execution role with a clear development path. The holder is expected to become the person who knows where every lead came from and why a campaign moved, without yet owning the budget or the strategy.
Campaign execution
• Set up, launch and monitor Google Ads, Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads campaigns as briefed by the manager.
• Build audiences and creative variants for retargeting and lead generation campaigns; flag underperforming ad sets daily.
• Track spend against approved budgets and raise variances before they become overspend.
CRM and lead management
• Enter, tag and route enquiries, broker registrations and portal leads in the CRM within the agreed turnaround time.
• Maintain source attribution on every record; run weekly hygiene checks on duplicates, missing sources and stalled leads.
• Keep live inventory portals updated with current availability and pricing as instructed.
Email marketing
• Build and schedule drip campaign emails and newsletters in the email platform from approved copy and creative.
• Maintain broker and buyer lists, segmentation and unsubscribe compliance.
• Report open, click and reply rates after each send.
Reporting and competitor monitoring
• Compile weekly performance data (CPC, CTR, cost per lead, conversion rates) into the standard reporting template.
• Maintain the competitor tracker: campaigns, pricing moves, launches and messaging observed each week.
• Contribute to the monthly performance and benchmarking report prepared by the manager.
Landing pages
• Build and update landing pages in Unbounce from approved layouts and copy; run pre-launch checks on forms, tracking tags and mobile display.
• Draft ad-group-specific page copy for manager review.
WhatsApp and community support
• Provide first-line responses on the official Business WhatsApp within the agreed response window; escalate qualified leads and complaints to Sales or the manager.
• Log every WhatsApp conversation as a lead or enquiry in the CRM.
• Monitor comments and messages across social channels and flag issues or opportunities.
Content, social and website support
• Draft blog posts and vlog scripts for manager and Creative Manager review; publish approved content to the website and social channels.
• Maintain the content calendar and coordinate asset delivery with the Creative Manager.
• Keep property listings on the website accurate, complete and visually current; apply basic on-page SEO to new pages and listings.
Requirements
• Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• Around 1–3 years in a digital marketing or marketing coordinator role, or a strong internship record with hands-on ad platform exposure.
• Working familiarity with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager; can set up a campaign from a brief.
• Experience entering and maintaining data in a CRM; attention to detail on attribution and records.
• Clear written English for customer replies, email builds and short-form web copy.
Comfortable in Excel/Google Sheets for basic reporting.
