The Senior Brand Manager leads the P&L management and in-market results focused on the Frank’s RedHot brand. This position will build, coordinate, and execute strategic and tactical commercial plans across innovation and business continuity aligned with growth agenda. Candidate will lead cross-functional teams, drive annual plans, and manage monthly deliverables across Monthly Business Review (MBR) and Commercial Review (CR). This role will include management and development of two direct reports.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Business and P&L Management: Responsible for delivery of NS and OP. Sets and delivers the financial forecast, with responsibility for accuracy and bias throughout the year. Manages P&L choices impacting Cost of Selling, Cost of Goods Sold, and Marketing Investments. Additionally, responsible for delivering in-market goals such as sales, share, and HHP. Identify and prioritize growth initiatives based on consumer, brand, research, and landscape analysis.
  • Strategic Brand Planning: Responsible for consumer and business strategies for long-term, transformational growth in line with company strategies. Partners to deliver Frank’s RedHot Brand Plans across Consumer & Branded Food Service divisions and works closely with Trade Marketing to drive customer excitement behind these strategies and sell them externally. Develops briefs for integrated communications, creative, branding/design, market research, and R&D.
  • Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Responsible for leading cross-functional teams across projects, marketing plans, and portfolio optimization agenda. Collaborates closely with commercial functions to enable the growth agenda.
  • Talent Management: Responsible for talent development, engagement, and management of 2 direct reports. Serves as mentor to transformational talent.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related discipline
  • A minimum of 6 years of marketing and/or sales experience
  • Expert level understanding of practices in Marketing and Consumer insights and sound understanding in areas including Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain
  • Demonstrated results in consumer-packaged goods brand management, finance, promotional activities, and consumer communications
  • Ability to lead through others via management and development of direct reports and cross-functional teams
  • Strong strategic thinking, communication, influencing, and teamwork skills
  • Strong analytical and business tracking skills to deliver clear data-based recommendations and forecasts
  • Project leadership experience with ability to manage multiple projects and bring innovation to market
  • Ability to exercise discretion regarding strategic recommendations, data and sources, analytic conclusions, and financial recommendations.

Base Salary: $121,900 - $219,410

Base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, experience for this role, and/or internal equity of our current employees as part of any final offer. This position is also eligible to participate in McCormick’s Incentive Bonus (MIB) Plan/ McCormick’s Sales Incentive Bonus (SIB) Plan/ McCormick’s Dividend Program.
