From the employer

Grade: L3
Location: Islamabad
Company: JazzWorld

JazzWorld is Pakistan's leading digital operator, and the next phase of that story is being written now: a nationwide 5G rollout, AI-first approach, and a growing portfolio of prepaid and postpaid offerings. We're looking for a Brand Manager who can turn this scale of transformation into brand strategy and communication that a Pakistani actually understands, trusts and wants to be part of.

What you'll own:

This role sits at the intersection of segments, technology and consumer experience. You'll be responsible for building the brand narrative as Jazz enters the next generation of connectivity and for shaping a coherent brand architecture across our various ventures so each new business feels distinctly itself while still unmistakably JazzWorld.

You will work closely with wider marketing, segments, pricing tea,s, alongside brand and media partner agencies, to translate business strategy into brand strategy, and brand strategy into work that shows up correctly across every touchpoint, digital and traditional.

The role reports directly to the Head of Brands, with 2 people reporting directly into it and an extended team across agency partners.

What success looks like:

- Own end-to-end brand strategy and ATL campaign development (TVC, OOH, radio, press) for the core GSM business, briefing and managing creative/media agencies from concept to airing, and tracking post-campaign recall, brand lift and BHT to keep each cycle sharper than the last.

- Lead brand and communication strategy for prepaid, balancing mass-reach brand-building with the offer-led, acquisition-focused messaging the segment demands

- Own brand strategy and communication for postpaid

- Use the brand tracker (BHT) and NPS data to identify where brand perception is helping or holding back these growth pillars, and translate that into actionable strategy

- Manage budgets and agency performance across creative agency partners

- Build relationships with internal stakeholders to keep brand work grounded in business reality

- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and land integrated marketing campaigns aligned to brand and business strategy

Requirements

You may be a strong fit if you:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent

- Minimum of 4+ years relevant brand management experience

- Demonstrated ability to build brand strategy for complex, fast-moving categories, telecom, tech, fintech or digital services experience strongly preferred

- Comfortable working with brand tracking, NPS and campaign performance data to inform decisions, not just intuition

- Experience simplifying technical or emerging-technology propositions into brand stories that land with a mass-market audience is a strong advantage

Soft skills and technical skills required

- Strong stakeholder management

- Strong project management skills, able to manage multiple workstreams and priorities simultaneously

- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication and presentation skills

- Strong critical thinking and data analysis skills, with the ability to turn insight into a clear brand or communication recommendation
