The Advisors Creative Desk sits within Services and is responsible for ideating and creating engaging, forward-thinking, on-brand content solutions that connect our advertising partners, platforms, and our portfolio of brands.
As Creative Director, GFI, this role is accountable for defining and executing the next generation creative operating model, leveraging AI, automation, global delivery and emerging technologies to increase quality, productivity, scalability and business impact across the enterprise.
Role
• Lead and inspire a high-performing creative organization supporting Advisors Creative Desk (ACD) globally, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, innovation and continuous learning.
• Provide creative leadership and oversight across projects, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality, strategically aligned work at scale.
• Drive the evolution of ACD's global delivery model, establishing scalable processes, governance frameworks and quality standards across regions and teams.
• Lead the adoption of AI-enabled workflows, automation and emerging technologies to enhance creative quality, productivity, consistency and speed-to-market.
• Identify and implement process, workflow and tooling enhancements that improve efficiency, scalability and operational performance.
• Partner with global stakeholders to understand evolving business needs, capture feedback and continuously enhance ACD's services and client experience.
• Act as a key leader within ACD's global delivery ecosystem, driving consistency, interoperability, knowledge sharing and best-practice adoption across regions.
• Develop future-ready team capabilities through talent development, AI fluency, experimentation and continuous skills growth.
• Leverage data, operational insights and performance metrics to optimise delivery outcomes, resource utilisation, stakeholder satisfaction and overall effectiveness.
• Define and monitor KPIs that measure creative quality, operational excellence, efficiency and business impact, using insights to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Drive organizational change and innovation initiatives that strengthen ACD's capabilities, increase scalability and position the organization for future growth.
• Quantify and communicate the value generated through operational improvements, service innovation and AI adoption, balancing creative excellence with commercial and business outcomes.
All About You
• 15+ years of leadership experience, across creative operations, in-house agencies, production, marketing services, or creative transformation in large, complex organizations.
• Demonstrated success building and scaling high-performing creative delivery organizations, operating models, and global capability centres.
• Strong expertise in AI, automation, and emerging creative technologies, with a track record of leveraging innovation to improve quality, scalability, productivity, and business outcomes.
• Proven ability to lead global, multidisciplinary teams while fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, continuous learning, and innovation.
• Commercially minded and results-oriented, with the ability to balance creative quality, operational efficiency, customer outcomes, and business value.
• Skilled in driving organizational change, influencing senior stakeholders, and leading transformation initiatives across matrixed environments.
• Experience developing governance frameworks, performance metrics, and delivery models that support sustainable growth and operational excellence.
