Marketing Analyst

The Marketing Analyst ensures data accuracy, reliability, and accessibility across the organization. This role supports data stewardship, builds and maintains data pipelines and dashboards, and enables teams with trusted data for analysis and decision-making.
What are we looking for?
Bachelor’s degree required MBA, or advanced degree preferred
2+ years of experience in data analytics, data management, or related field
Experience working with datasets and performing data validation and cleansing
Familiarity with Excel, SQL, and/or BI tools (e.g., Tableau)
Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
Ability to document processes and communicate findings clearly
Strong organization and time management skills
Ability to focus on detailed, repetitive data tasks
High attention to accuracy and consistency
Experience with Nielson and Circana data
Frequent collaboration and responsiveness to stakeholder needs
What would be your key responsibilities?
Maintain data stewardship standards to ensure organizational trust in data accuracy
Clean, validate, and manage incoming datasets from multiple sources
Identify, investigate, and resolve data anomalies, including working directly with vendors
Maintain and update data pipelines, ensuring consistent and reliable data delivery
Support and maintain dashboards to provide easy access to clean, usable data
Build new data access tools and infrastructure as needed
Assist in updating forecasts (market, pet population) with appropriate context
Document data processes, validation rules, and known issues
Support stakeholders with data access and interpretation questions
Identify opportunities to improve data processes, tools, and usability
