Job Summary
Brand manager plays leading role in key business processes, proactively participates in business conversations with Management team members.
What are we looking for?
- University Degree, preferably in Business/Marketing/Brand Management
- Solid experience in brand marketing in international FMCG companies (minimum 4 years)
- Experience in Brand Manager role not less than 2 years
- Excellent project management skills
- Good analytical, presentation and communication skills
- Ability to manage several different and complex projects at the same time
- professional flurency in English
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Identify growth sources and create the brand strategy for next 5 years
- Lead annual marketing plan
- Build brand innovation pipeline (product & packaging innovations)
- Develop activation strategies, communication and promotion plan, pricing strategy, new product launches and distribution priorities
- Prepare sales forecasts and marketing budgets, monitor sales volume, revenues and costs against forecasts, and adapt plans to improve the sales performance of products
- Monitor, analyze, and evaluate domestic and international market trends, client behavior and competitor activity to identify market opportunities for the products
