Join The Studio, MANN+HUMMEL's internal marketing agency, and help drive global digital marketing initiatives across our brands and business units. As a Senior PPC Specialist, you will plan, execute, and optimize integrated campaigns across paid media, social media, email marketing, websites, and marketing automation platforms. Leveraging data-driven insights and performance metrics, you will play a key role in generating demand, increasing engagement, and delivering measurable business results.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partner with marketing, sales, product management, and agency teams to develop and execute digital marketing initiatives.
- Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns across email, social media, paid media, and digital advertising platforms.
- Own the end-to-end execution of paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other relevant platforms, including campaign setup, audience targeting, budget management, bidding strategies, A/B testing, performance monitoring, and continuous optimization.
- Manage paid media performance, including targeting, budgets, testing, analytics, and continuous optimization.
- Oversee marketing platforms, websites, digital assets, marketing automation, and SEO to ensure effective digital presence and engagement.
- Create and coordinate digital content, including campaign copy, social media posts, emails, webinars, presentations, and multimedia assets.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, conversion rate, and ROAS, and implement data-driven optimizations to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor campaign results, market trends, audience engagement, and brand sentiment, providing insights and recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Fluent in English; knowledge of German would be an advantage.
- Hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and other digital advertising platforms.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and marketing automation principles.
- Experience with web analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics and Sprinklr.
- Strong understanding of campaign KPIs and performance metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, conversion rate, and ROAS, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Understanding of audience segmentation, retargeting, conversion tracking, and A/B testing methodologies.
- Knowledge of SEO and digital content optimization.
- Experience with budget management, bidding strategies, campaign optimization, and performance-driven decision-making.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Knowledge of CMS and DAM systems (Adobe Experience Manager in particular).
