The Programme Coordinator provides support for the implementation of eLearning strategies, working with customer success managers, customer learning managers, proposition leads and video editors to develop high-quality online learning videos appropriate for each customer business unit.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ensure end to end management of the video creation process from recording to publishing.
- Managing deadlines and progress across the team to ensure the videos are delivered on time.
- The process will involve collaborating with different groups and individuals and maintaining a schedule.
- Support a content review process to ensure that videos published are reviewed on a regular basis and by the appropriate content authors.
- Training site management and maintenance – Publishing videos and updating all relevant content to the site.
- Working with 3rd parties on language subtitles and managing video subtitle content and captions.
- Manage all administrative aspects involved with customer certifications.
- Producing data & analytical reports on views, click through rates for videos and completion of certifications.
- Manage the video database to ensure 100% accuracy of data and process efficiency
- Provide video editing support for recorded webinars ensuring consistency in branding and CX Power BI and analytics experience
- Continuously seek opportunities to automate and build efficiencies into function processes and database management.

- Prior experience with eLearning programs would be an asset
- Knowledge of financial markets would be ideal
