The Junior Brand Manager provides essential support to the Marketing team and helps ensure excellent brand execution across all stakeholders and channels. This role contributes to the success of Lotus brands, particularly Biscoff, BEAR and Revel, by assisting with marketing plans & execution both in-store and online, maintaining communication with consumers through our social media channels, coordinate packaging changes and product launches, develop and manage marketing materials and content coordination. This is an ideal role for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about both marketing and customer experience.
Brand Team Support
- Provide day-to-day support to the Brand Managers and manage marketing projects from A to Z, ensuring they are completed within agreed timelines and budgets.
- Support the coordination and delivery of marketing assets across formats (print, digital, packaging) in collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.
- Coordinate packaging changes and product launches with all relevant stakeholders
- Manage the master marketing calendar, ensuring deadlines, launches, and key milestones are tracked and communicated to stakeholders.
- Track, organize, and manage shipments of marketing samples for media outreach, and consumer engagement.
- Coordinate social media posts to align with the marketing calendar and brand voice.
Promotional Packaging Execution
- Solicit and compare vendor quotes for promotional packaging and maintain an up-to-date database of supplier pricing, timelines, and capabilities.
- Develop and present packaging briefs outlining design objectives, timelines, and production specifications.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts from design to delivery, ensuring promotional packaging projects are completed on time and within budget.
Data Management & Administration
- Maintain an organized library of marketing files, digital assets, vendor information, and creative collateral.
- Track inventory levels of printed materials, branded items, and sampling stock, ensuring availability for ongoing marketing initiatives.
- Review incoming invoices for accuracy, secure initial approvals, and route for timely processing.
- Generate and manage purchase orders, monitor budget usage, and maintain budget tracking tools for the marketing department.
- Ensure brand and product information is accurately maintained across key customer data portals.
Event & Trade Show Coordination
- Lead logistical coordination for trade shows and key customer events, including Expo West, Sweets & Snacks, KeHE and UNFI shows and quarterly distributor/customer showcases.
- Manage all event-related bookings, including booth reservations, travel for Sales and Marketing teams, hotel accommodations, and client dinners.
- Coordinate the development, preparation, and shipping of booth materials, samples, and marketing collateral.
- Coordinate with content creators to ensure product and material timings.
- Oversee post-event follow-up including inventory reconciliation, material storage, and internal debrief documentation.
- College Degree and first experience in CPG industry
- Passion for Consumer brands
- Proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint as Reporting is part of the day-to-day responsibilities
- Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills; professional, friendly, and clear tone when working with consumers and partners.
