About the Role

As Happen Bank expands its full-spectrum banking offerings, we're investing in the data and marketing technology that enables more relevant, personalized customer experiences. We're looking for a Product Manager to lead capabilities across Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization (formerly Evergage/Interaction Studio), helping deliver contextual communications and engagement across our member platforms.

You'll partner closely with Marketing, Data, Engineering, Design, Research, and Product leaders to translate customer and business needs into scalable MarTech capabilities. This is a hands-on role that combines product discovery, data requirements, roadmap prioritization, and execution to improve how we engage and serve our members.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and business stakeholders to gather, refine, and prioritize website and member platform communication requirements, aligning priorities with business objectives and Engineering capacity
  • Lead product capabilities across Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization, supporting real-time personalization, cross-sell communications, and customer engagement strategies
  • Develop technical specifications and product requirements for Engineering, including Salesforce Interaction Studio capabilities, logged-in member communications, and data integrations
  • Define and analyze data requirements for new and enhanced cross-sell communications, partnering with Data Engineering and Analytics to make the necessary customer attributes available from the offline data warehouse to SFMC
  • Partner with Analytics and Data teams to identify and resolve issues affecting cross-sell communications, uncover engagement insights, and improve the member experience across digital platforms
  • Own and maintain the MarTech Jira board, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and coordinate with Engineering teams to refine tickets, manage priorities, and support effective delivery
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Data leaders to prioritize the MarTech platform roadmap, balancing customer needs, business priorities, and technical capacity
  • Lead cross-functional projects from discovery and planning through development, launch, and post-launch support, ensuring alignment, accountability, and continuous improvement

About You

  • 3+ years of Product Management experience, including experience working with marketing technology, data-driven digital products, or related platforms
  • Bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to evaluate complex problems, interpret data, and translate insights into product recommendations
  • Experience working closely with Engineering teams in Agile development environments, including managing requirements, priorities, and delivery activities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts and adapt communication across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities while maintaining quality and follow-through
  • You take ownership of your work, operate independently, and collaborate effectively with diverse cross-functional teams
  • You actively look for ways AI can improve your work, from accelerating research and analysis to refining requirements and exploring new approaches to personalization. You're thoughtful about accuracy, customer data sensitivity, and where human judgment is needed

Nice to Have
