Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Assist in creating original, branded and NIL video and social content in partnership with school teams to drive fan engagement surrounding licensed product and retail across social channels and generate revenue opportunities for local sales staff.
- Support the development of custom-branded social content for licensee and retail partners, and athletics to promote product sales.
- Assist in the creation of content for various platforms including but not limited to multimedia audio/video, animation, graphics, and sponsorable content.
- Serve as a liaison—between the athletics department content team, local Learfield sales teams, the NIL team, and CLC.
- Collaborate with athletics content teams to produce CLC-specific NIL and branded content in the defined voice and tone of each account, across all social media platforms, including emerging channels.
- Support the creative process from concept through final deliverables, including writing, producing, shooting, and editing.
- Assist the NIL and Studios team in the creative development of CLC-led original content initiatives.
- Participate in the production of Learfield live-action shoots and other on-site content opportunities at the University.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in developing creative content that has driven engagement and measurable results.
- Ability to meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with content creators, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present concepts and strategies to executive leadership.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate ideas that support project goals and initiatives.
- Strong administrative, critical-reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized, efficient, and strong attention to detail.
- Must be able to work 40 hours per week, including home games, select events, and NIL activations, along with other department and property priorities, occurring outside traditional business hours.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Experience working in the sports industry—ideally collegiate athletics.
